Mr. Spalter is an attorney with the Business and Transactional Department of Reeves & Associates. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Spalter served as an immigration attorney working with a wide variety of corporate and professional clients. Mr. Spalter has had extensive experience assisting foreign nationals with both their immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.

Attorney Spalter obtained his law degree from Stanford Law School in June 2002. During law school, Mr. Spalter worked for the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei, Taiwan and the Kings County District Attorney's office in Brooklyn, New York. He also served as an Editor for the Stanford Journal of Law, Business and Finance as well as a volunteer with the Stanford University Street Law teaching program.

Mr. Spalter spent two years living and working in the Greater China region. His experience includes working at Motorola's North Asia Corporate Headquarters in , China. Attorney Spalter is conversant in Mandarin Chinese.

Brian Spalter earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from the City University of New York in 1997 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Stanford Law School in 2002.

Mr. Spalter is admitted to the California State Bar and is licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California as well as the California State Supreme Court.
